What is a phantom power supply?

Simply, phantom power power is getting more power for the microphone. Some people call it Simplex Powering.

Phantom power increases the voltage of the microphone, making it louder. It has the advantages of wide frequency band and flat response curve.

The studio will provide 48-volt phantom power to each microphone. The shielding layer is used as another core wire of the DC circuit, which is fed to the capacitor microphone by the mixer, so that the normal transmission of sound is not affected, and the core wire is saved.
